I notice that this part make a further sampling after qwen2.5 vl adaptive frame sampling (in process_vision_info()).

It seems that this additional frame sampling will change the sampling fps, resulting different time stamps, which may influence video ground tasks.

Im curious about why this operation should be executed. Anyone could help me out?
