What happened?

When the containing window is shrunken horizontally for any reason below 960px, then widened again, the mini MudDrawer gets stuck open and is unable to be opened and closed by OpenMiniOnHover.

Expected behavior

The MudDrawer should respond to OpenMiniOnHover regardless of what the screen size is or has been.

Reproduction steps

1. Make window narrower than 960px
2. Make window wider than 960px
3. try to open/close mini drawer by hovering
