We've noticed over the past year a recurring theme in your messages: the desire for Termux support. We appreciate your interest in x-cmd!

Currently, if your modules rely solely on Shell and AWK, they should function correctly within Termux. However, because x-cmd's packages (pkg) haven't yet been compiled for the Termux architecture, some modules that depend on these packages might not work as expected.

To better gauge the level of demand for Termux support, we're launching a poll. Your participation will be invaluable in helping us assess the priority of this undertaking and decide whether to dedicate resources to adapting x-cmd for the Termux architecture.

Upon receiving over one hundred affirmative votes, I commit to acquiring an Android development device and commencing the necessary adaptation and development work.

We're eager to hear your recommendations! Please share your thoughts on cost-effective development devices. Personally, I'm leaning towards Android tablets over phones, as the larger screen size seems more practical, and the non-5G versions might offer a better price point.
