というか文化庁や審議会はこういうのを想定して作風であっても創作的表現がどうたらで少数データの追加学習は違法になりうると整理しているんじゃないかと思う
逆にこれで侵害にならないのなら、絵柄作風は絶望的で、当該著作物の再生といわゆるキャラ学習生成以外ではまず著作権的な訴えが認められないだろうな
