Around the world in a cup of coffee

Brew Italian espressos, Arabic Qahwa and more in these games.

Coffee is one of the world’s favourite rituals, and it has quietly found its way into games too. From traditional pots of Arabic Qahwa to whipped cream-topped Viennese Einspänner, you’ll find plenty of delicious coffee-based drinks to enjoy in these titles – just served in pixels instead of cups. Want to sample some? Start with these…

Arabic Qahwa

Arabic Qahwa is a spiced coffee steeped in tradition. Flavoured with cardamom and sometimes saffron, cloves or cinnamon, it is often served in tiny cups alongside sweet dates and is a symbol of hospitality across the Middle East.

Where to find it: In Roblox’s experiences, you can discover Qahwa inside role-play cafes or custom-built coffee shops. You prepare and serve it as part of immersive cafe simulations, recreating the authentic Middle Eastern custom with pixel-perfect charm.

Enjoy a cup of Arabic Qahwa in Roblox, where it’s served piping hot and… on your head.

Mochaccino

The mochaccino is a perfect blend of coffee and chocolate. It’s a creamy, chocolatey espresso topped with frothy milk – a comfort drink for anyone who fancies both a caffeine kick and a sweet treat in one sip.

Where to find it: In Cooking Diary, you need to collect 80 stars and open the Cheesewood district to unlock this delicious drink. Once you begin running Darkwood Mansion, Mochaccino joins your menu, and you will see just how much your customers love it alongside a slice of chocolate cake.

Turkish coffee

Strong, unfiltered and traditionally brewed in a small copper pot called a cezve, Turkish coffee is served thick and rich – and often with a side of fortune-telling from the coffee grounds left in the cup!

Where to find it: Unlock level 37 in My Cafe and you’ll be rewarded with a range of recipes, including Turkish coffee. It takes 90 seconds to refill, and you can flavour it with grenadine syrup or with whipped cream and chocolate, depending on your customers’ requests.

In My Cafe, you can make Turkish coffee for all kinds of customers, including spy Margaret!

Neapolitan

The Neapolitan flip coffee pot, or cuccumella, is a quirky Italian invention where you literally flip the pot upside down mid-brew. The result is a strong, rich, espresso-like drink created by, well, gravity.

Where to find it: In Good Coffee, Great Coffee, you master the Neapolitan through timed flips and careful pours. Brew an espresso in a small glass and set it aside. In a large glass, add strawberry puree, chocolate syrup and cold milk. Then pour the espresso on top and finish with whipped cream, strawberry slices, chocolate chips and a vanilla bean.

Time your flips just right to make the perfect Neapolitan in Good Coffee, Great Coffee.

Italian coffee

The no-nonsense espresso is the foundation of cappuccinos, lattes and more. Short, sharp and deeply satisfying, it is the soul of Italian cafes.

Where to find it: Italian coffee is one of the earliest staples you can serve in Cooking Fever’s Italian Buffet. Once the beans are brewed, the cups are filled and ready to serve. Vanilla latte

A vanilla latte adds a sweet, smooth twist to the classic espresso-and-milk duo. The vanilla syrup softens the intensity, turning it into a cosy drink perfect for everyday sipping.

Where to find it: In World Chef, the vanilla latte becomes available at level 38 – after you hire your Bartender at level 14. It’s made of one part vanilla, one part heavy cream and one part coffee beans and takes 20 minutes to prepare. Along with customer happiness, you will earn 86 coins for each cup you serve.

Einspänner

Straight from Vienna, the Einspänner is a strong black coffee topped with a thick layer of whipped cream. Traditionally, it was served to carriage drivers, since the thick cream kept the coffee from spilling as they rode.

Where to find it: Continuously upgrade your espresso machine in Tiny Cafe and you will discover the recipe for Einspänner, which prepares in just 15 seconds. All that is left is to trust your tiny mouse staff and watch as the cats enjoy this delightful treat.
