Meet the creator: Based in Singapore, The Gentlebros ran out of funds just before the 2017 release of the first Cat Quest, but its success secured their future. Game director Desmond Wong wanted to design a game he could play with his non-gamer mom; that sort of broad appeal has remained a guiding principle of the feline-forward series.
