I know that title sounds over promising and it may not work quite as well for everyone, but one night into using this app I can tell you it worked like a charm for me. I believe the leading sleep app out there is Better Sleep, don’t get that one, you don’t need it. They make you pay for like everything. On this app, there are still quite a lot of features behind a pay wall, but if you’re like me and want to try out that green noise thing to see if it’s legit, this app is perfect. Without buying premium the maximum the timer will go for the noise is 5 minutes. I was skeptical this would work for me since it almost always (and definitely lately) takes me more than 5 minutes to fall asleep, but it worked! If I could take half a star off I would just because they try so hard to get you to buy premium it’s almost like a scam, but other than that, no complaints. I feel this app saved my life to an extent.

This is the app of my dreams and I’m not even kidding. I can’t believe this amazing of an app is free!! I am a young teen, and i struggle with ADHD and severe anxiety. This app has helped me so so so much with managing that. I put green noise on for doing homework and other things i need to focus on, brown noise for sleep, etc. This is one of the few “must have” apps on the entire app store. No ads, free, AND it’s helpful? Almost seems too good to be true!! Thank you. Also, to all my fellow ADHD/anxiety/depression/anything else strugglers, check out Finch. It is a mobile pet where you take on your phone. You set up goals, and you complete them for gems. You can buy outfits and furniture for your Finch with those gems. You check on your Finch every day as you two learn and grow together. These two apps together have saved me from the crushing weight of anxiety. Finch is free, no ads, (like this app!) and you have the best little friend! Get both these apps and you will find yourself learning to adapt to the life you live and the struggles in it. (Also i did not get paid to say either of these, they are actually true!! Plus I’m a teen, we don’t get paid to do anything *eye roll*) Incredible apps! :DKeep your head up in the hard times. I love this app, when I was a child I had issues sleeping without rain noises. But as I grew up I learned to sleep with just a fan on. I use this app for an occasional nap, but mostly for school. I have had problems concentrating, and would often day dream uncontrolably. But after taking the sleep test and using brown noise I have been able to study for hours and hours with no problems. My only complaint is that you have to pay a quite high price for premium. I get it, the app is high quality and the developers need to make a profit. But personally I refuse to pay it. I just think $50 a year is A LOT. But I guess if you constantly use it and love sleeping with it every night then it's worth the price. This app is my favorite noise app that is easy to use and I would recommend it. The last request that I have is could the developers please add a timer that Is not premium? I'm not asking for an 8+ hour timer, just something a little longer than 5 minutes for the pink and green noise. But overall I love it and would highly recommend.
