i’ve been using this app for 7 and a half years. i struggle with insomnia, anxiety, CPTSD, autism, ADHD, and many other problems that have made it almost impossible to sleep, almost my entire life. when i got my first phone as a kid i downloaded this app after browning on the app store, thinking it would be just like the other billion resources i had tried to help me sleep. i can’t thank the developers enough because nearly every time i’ve used this app to help me sleep it’s been successful. when i got older i was put on medication to help me sleep as well, and to balance out my chemicals, but sometimes when it was a rough night this app never failed to calm me down and just make me sleep instantly. growing up it took me at least 3 hours every night to sleep, and so many times i pulled an all-nighter just because i couldn’t sleep the whole night. i was absolutely hopeless when i first tried this app, genuinely seeing it as a last resort, but then after hearing only a few minutes of the recordings i remember it suddenly being morning. i thought, is this how it is supposed to be? i know this review was unreasonably long and i sound crazy, but to whomever is reading this, please just give this app a try. i’m so grateful for the hope it gave me and the countless eye bags it prevented 🩷
