A+E Networks announced Tuesday its investment in Panna, a cooking brand featuring videos from top chefs and an app with video recipes and instructions.

The Panna app, which is free but offers in-app purchases, has been downloaded over 1 million times and offers users over 250 video recipes from 30 Michelin-starred chefs. Users can annotate recipes with personal notes and reminders, get cooking questions answered with Ask the Chef, Panna’s kitchen hotline, and create automatic shopping lists. The app offers a free 30-day trial with an annual $19.99 subscription fee.
