Oppose. While it's undoubtedly true that the large majority of readers landing on Jay Powell are looking for Jerome, that's still fewer than 4 readers per day on average, out of thousands, and if we redirect Jay Powell to Jerome we'll have to add a distracting and largely unnecessary "redirect" hatnote to the Jerome Powell article, drawing undue attention to the other two.
