◆1：折りたたみiPhone
Appleが折りたたみiPhoneを開発していることは長らくウワサされており、2017年にはすでに折りたたみスマートフォンに関する特許を出願しています。
この折りたたみiPhoneは2026年秋にも登場すると見込まれており、製品名は「iPhone Fold」になるとウワサされていますが、9to5Macは「個人的には『iPhone Ultra』という名前になる気がする」と指摘しました。
折りたたみiPhoneはiPhoneとiPadの両方の体験をひとつにまとめたようなデバイスで、展開時にはiPhone Airを2台並べたような見た目になるとウワサされています。また、展開時の薄さはiPhone Airよりも薄くなるとされています。

◆2：HomePod touch/HomePad
Bloombergの報道によると、Appleは2025年3月にスクリーン付きのHomePodをリリース予定だったものの、これはSiriのAI機能の開発遅れにより、発売が2026年初頭にまで延期されました。このスクリーン付きのHomePodは「HomePod touch」あるいは「HomePad」と呼ばれています。

HomePod touch/HomePadは既存のHomePodでは表示できない写真や気象情報などのデータをスクリーン上に表示できるため、9to5Macは「まさに私がAppleに求めていた種類の家庭用デバイスになる」と記しました。また、9to5Macは「Amazonのスクリーン付きスマートスピーカーであるEcho Showのような競合製品は、広告によりユーザーエクスペリエンスを下げている」として、Appleによる広告なしのHomePod touchの登場に期待しています。
なお、HomePod touch/HomePadについては「iMac G4のようなデザインになる」とのウワサもあります。

◆3：Apple Glasses

Appleの次期主力ウェアラブル製品になるとウワサされているApple Glassesは、Apple Watchと同じようにiPhoneと連携して動作し、内蔵カメラで写真や動画を撮影できるだけでなく、Apple Intelligenceも動作するようなデバイスになるとウワサされています。また、Siriのアップグレードが完了すれば、主に音声でデバイスを操作できるようになるそうです。
Appleは軽量版Apple Vision Proよりも新型スマートグラスの開発を優先していることも報じられています。

また、AppleはApple Watch同様にApple Glassesをユーザー向けに幅広いファッショナブルなスタイルで提供していくと予想されています。
9to5Macは「当初、この製品カテゴリには少し懐疑的だったのですが、AIの台頭により今ではAppleがスマートグラスにどのようなアプローチを取るのか非常に楽しみです」と記しました。
◆4：M6 MacBook Pro

M6搭載のMacBook Proにはいくつかの主要なアップグレードが含まれる予定です。主なアップグレードは以下の通り。
・より薄く、より軽くなった新デザインを採用
・ノッチのない有機ELディスプレイ(OLED)を採用
・タッチスクリーンを採用
・2nmプロセスのM6チップ搭載
・C2セルラーモデムを搭載する可能性

◆5：Apple Homeセキュリティカメラ

HomeKitが登場して以来、Appleはスマートホームを支えるアクセサリのすべてをサードパーティー製品でまかなってきました。問題は、Apple製品とサードパーティー製品では品質および信頼性が大きく異なってくるという点にあります。
9to5Macは「私は長年、Appleがスマートホーム関連製品にもっと真剣に取り組むことを望んできました。ウワサによると、それが2026年についに実現するようです」と記しました。
報道ではAppleが開発しているセキュリティカメラはAI搭載で、ワイヤレス接続を介して他のApple製品とシームレスに統合できるように設計されているそうです。

Appleは自社製のセキュリティカメラやFace ID搭載のスマートドアベルなどを開発しているとウワサされています。Apple製セキュリティカメラには、顔認証機能と赤外線センサーが搭載されており、誰が部屋の中にいるのかを判別し、誰かが部屋を出ると照明を消したり、特定の人物が好きな音楽を自動で流したりする機能が期待されています。
Appleがスマートホーム製品の製造・販売に本格的に参入することになれば、セキュリティカメラ以外にもさまざまなデバイスが登場する可能性があるため、それこそがApple製セキュリティカメラの登場に期待する理由であると9to5Macは記しています。
