While hbase environment is recovered from crash, the tsd need to manually restart?

 As the subject, 

 when the hbase environment is crashed , then tsd can not work, 

 however, the tsd still can not work ,after the hbase environment is recovered!

 and i must restart the tsd.

 do you encounter such problem ?  and how ?
