• Related to your implementation, what's the use case you're trying to achieve? What are the user stories you're trying to support?

• How you would like the specification to be improved?

The README.md indicates that the spec is version 1.0 and directs to another location which redirects back to this site. Where is the official spec housed? Is there a non-GitHub domain where the official release is housed? Is the other location being used in 2019?
