Describe the bug

It's extremely disappointing to see basic security and access control features like disabling self-service signup locked behind a paid Bytebase license.
This is a core administrative control, not an "advanced" or "enterprise" feature.
Forcing users to pay for basic functionality that protects their workspace from unwanted signups shows a clear prioritization of profit over secure defaults.
This kind of restriction hurts community trust and pushes users toward looking for open-source or self-hosted alternatives that respect fundamental administrative needs without unnecessary paywalls.
Please reconsider your feature gating strategy — this is not the kind of decision that builds long-term goodwill with your user base.
