mac arm64环境: Cat使用Snappy-Java进行日志压缩，Cat3.1.0的版本使用的Snappy-Java:1.1.2需要升级到1.1.8.4,才能支持arch64；不然会Message保存不成功；出现: cat sorry, the message is not there. it could be missing or archived.
