Add a binding to reload the quickfix window

First of all, thank you for this cool plugin!

Having a binding to reload the quickfix window would be really nice. Maybe a command like `:Rack` to repeat the last search could do the trick? Then we could do something like
```vim
autocmd FileType qf nnoremap <buffer> r :Rack<cr>
```
