El presente estudio de caso pretende establecer estrategias para la planificación por escenarios que involucran las amenazas y oportunidades de las transformaciones rurales de los habitantes sin tierra del corregimiento la Florida, teniendo en cuenta las percepciones, imaginarios y perspectivas sociales, como también su incidencia en el desarrollo local determinado por dinámicas de la relación rural-urbano. Adoptando como perspectiva metodológica el “estudio de caso" y el enfoque “histórico-hermenéutico”. El alcance descriptivo de la investigación permitió en primer lugar, observar los fenómenos tal como se dan en el contexto local para analizarlos; y el segundo desde un momento propositivo permitiendo interpretar las diferentes percepciones e imaginarios sociales construidos en torno a los procesos de transformación vividos en el territorio. En ese sentido, se realizó una caracterización de las formas en que se vinculan los habitantes a las actividades agrarias en el corregimiento, analizando las dinámicas laborales, de ocupación, tipos de empleo y sus percepciones con el fin de diseñar alternativas frente a diversos escenarios que vinculan la perspectiva de estos. Lo anterior mediante el uso de técnicas e instrumentos como la revisión documental, la entrevista semiestructurada y la observación participante. Además, se trabajó el diálogo de saberes, para comprender, sintetizar, teorizar y contextualizar el conocimiento; permitiendo entender los problemas y necesidades que tiene la población. De esta manera, al seguir la metodología implementada, se logró realizar una construcción de las identidades que se asumen sobre el territorio teniendo en cuenta los imaginarios y perspectivas sociales sobre las transformaciones rurales de los habitantes sin tierra en el corregimiento de La Florida. Como resultado de la investigación, se reconoció la complejidad de las percepciones e imaginarios sociales de la comunidad frente a las transformaciones generadas en gran parte por el turismo, el cual ha sido identificado como principal foco de cambio en las dinámicas del territorio, asimismo, sus impactos, la resistencia al cambio de algunos Habitantes Rurales Sin Tierra (HRST) hasta la percepción de nuevas oportunidades laborales. También se resalta la importancia de comprender las dinámicas ocupacionales, las percepciones sobre la agricultura y la necesidad de abordar la problemática de la tenencia de la tierra para garantizar la sostenibilidad y el bienestar de la comunidad rural. Estos hallazgos subrayan la necesidad de diseñar alternativas frente a tres escenarios propuestos desde las mismas perspectivas de los afectados, las cuales promueven la inclusión laboral y contribuyen ala equidad y al bienestar de los habitantes.

This case study aims to establish strategies for scenario planning involving the threats and opportunities of rural transformations of the landless inhabitants of the township of La Florida, taking into account the perceptions, imaginaries and social perspectives, as well as their impact on local development determined by the dynamics of the rural-urban relationship. Adopting a methodological perspective the "case study" and the "historical-hermeneutic" approach. The descriptive scope allowed us to observe the phenomena as they occur in the local context in order to analyze them; and the second from a propositive moment allowing us to interpret the different perceptions and social imaginaries built around the transformation processes experienced in the territory. In this sense, a characterization of the ways in which the inhabitants are linked to the agrarian activities in the township is made, analyzing the labor dynamics, occupation, types of employment and their perceptions in order to design alternatives to various scenarios that link the perspective of these; the above through the use of techniques and instruments such as firstly, the documentary review, the semi-structured interview and the participant observation. Finally, the dialogue of knowledge, since it seeks to understand, synthesize, theorize and contextualize knowledge, allowing us to understand the problems and needs of the population. In this way, by following the methodology implemented, it is possible to construct and reconstruct socio-cultural identities, allowing through a structural understanding and in later stages, to ultimately determine the imaginaries and social perspectives on the rural transformations of the landless inhabitants in the township of La Florida. As a result of the research, the complexity of the perceptions and social imaginaries of the community was recognized in relation to the transformations generated in large part by tourism, which has been identified as the main focus of change in the dynamics of the territory, as well as its impacts, the resistance to change of some HRST and the perception of new job opportunities. It also highlights the importance of understanding occupational dynamics, perceptions about agriculture and the need to address land tenure issues to ensure the sustainability and well-being of the rural community. These findings underscore the need to design alternatives to the 3 proposed scenarios from the same perspectives of those affected, which promote labor inclusion and sustainable development of the township, thus contributing to the equity and well-being of landless rural inhabitants in La Florida.
