With its 8-cylinders in line, this is one of the most prestigious Gran Turismo cars. Surprising for its beautiful styling and technological refinement, and unrivalled on the track, it won clear victories in the Mille Miglia race of 1936, 1937, 1938 and 1947.
The legendary Grand Prix single-seater with sleek, graceful styling. It mounted a 1500cc, 8-cylinder engine, delivering 195 bhp in 1938, rising to 360 bhp in 1950. Unparalleled on the track, it won the first two Formula 1 World Championships: in 1950 with Farina and in 1951 with Fangio (in the advanced ‘159’ version).
A thrilling car, unbeatable on the track. Mounting an all-new 8-cylinder 90° V engine and a revolutionary aluminium and magnesium frame, it chalked up a long series of victories, the culmination of which was the 33’s triumph (now with 12 cylinders) in the 1975 World Constructors Championship, a feat repeated in 1977, when it dominated all eight races in the Sport Prototype World Championship.

There is a customised 500 limited edition plaque on the central tunnel. It is made of silver, and bears the owner's name, the flag of their country of origin and of the country of manufacture.
The hi-tech modernity of carbon fibre and aluminium combines with the traditional elegance of leather and natural fibers to create an exclusive, unique interior.
The body colours were specifically designed to highlight the harmony and purity of the car's forms, with an innovative painting technique involving the application of a first coat of base pigments, followed by a second coat of coloured mica particles designed to bring out the luminosity of the colour.
A further coat is then applied to give a fuller, more translucent look, and the Competizione Red is then completed with the application of a transparent varnish to emphasise the depth of colour.
The carbon fibre body is beautiful and sensual both to see and to touch. The body colours were designed using a new type of multi-layer painting technique.

On the 8c Competizione, carbon is not just a slogan, but a pure substance. All the interior details, including the less visible ones, are made of carbon fibre.
Every aspect of the 8C Competizione simply exudes style: from the coordinated set of luggage to the interior leathers, to the car care devices and the dust sheet.
Every aspect of the 8C Competizione has been designed to ensure the best possible aerodynamics. The angle of incidence of the front, the careening of the underbody and the extractor were all calibrated to ensure excellent aerodynamic flows, using modern calculations and thousands of hours of wind-tunnel experimentation and testing, akin to the work done on competition cars designed to win races.
Like Formula 1 cars from the Fifties, the 8C Competizione has a Transaxle setup, offering the best possible equilibrium in the distribution of weight. The engine is situated directly behind the front wheels, while the gearbox and differential are housed inside the rear axle. This way, the weight on the wheels is balanced, minimising the polar moment and improving the vehicle's stability and response. The 6-speed electro-hydraulic Q-Select sequential gearbox has computer-controlled gear selection using the levers behind the steering wheel.
The chassis is made of steel, ensuring high torsional stiffness, which is needed to get the best out of the suspension system. The wishbone suspension setup front and rear offers sportiness, precision and the maximum surface contact between the tires and the ground. Stability control provided by the VDC system ensures a sporty yet safe drive, without doing anything to impair the driving pleasure. The result is maximum control, excellent handling and outstanding performance.
The heart of the car is a new 8-cylinder 90ºV engine with and engine capacity of 4691 cc, capable of developing 450 bhp at 7000 rpm, with a peak torque of 480 Nm at 4750 rpm and a maximum engine speed of 7500 rpm. A mechanical gem with an unmistakable noise, designed to ensure extraordinary performance and versatility in any driving situation.
