As reported today by EuroNCAP - the European New Car Assessment Programme - the third generation Fiat Panda obtained a four star rating out of a maximum of 5 stars.
As specifically mentioned in the EuroNCAP press release, achieving the maximum 5 star rating was not possible due exclusively to the absence of ESC (Electronic Stability Control) on the tested vehicle .
Fiat wishes to clarify that ESC will be offered on the entire Fiat Panda range in the first months of 2012.
