We are gathering the expertise, economic resources, and human assets to create opportunities in the present. Economic projections, and lofty “initiatives” will not feed, house, provide access to medical care, or create the living wage jobs that are needed right now. The obstacles faced by those suffering in poverty are, contrary to what many in our Media say, complex and deeply ingrained in our most sacred institutions. When Business fails to address the issues faced by the people they service, and ignore the most pressing needs of their employees, they unwittingly contribute to creating communities rife with hardship and suffering. This is neither practical, nor logical. It will ultimately lead to a dystopian future—one that is ugly and without hope.

The Project is its initial phase of development, collecting various human, economic, and other resources that it will need to operate. We will be headquartered in the small Community of Las Cruces, New Mexico, where our proposed services are urgently needed. However, as the company grows we will spread to every corner of the United States, and hopefully around the World. We are a "Grassroots" Market-Based Hybrid response to the multitude of problems that are faced by the people of the United States and the World we interact with. The World needs living wage Jobs, Mindful Assistance and Compassion.

We will adhere to sound Business Principles, including advancing profitability, while serving goals that center around Compassionate Service. We are advocating for an expansion of the “B Corporation” concept on a National Level, to include Hybrid Companies that have some level of transparent Tax Exemption in exchange for serving public good goals, but operate in the Free Market, creating sustainable opportunities that Businesses everywhere can emulate. The current Not-For-Profit Corporate structure prevents full access to Market advantages, which is why we have opted not to move towards that option.

We are focused on the creation of an entity employing Ethical Entrepreneurship and a Sustainable Cooperative-Democratic Business Structure. Our Core Ethical Values are: Community, Compassion, and Cooperation. Our Core Business Values are Profitability, Professionalism, and Process Innovation. We have an overriding commitment to Green and Natural Business endeavors, as well as those that respect Human Dignity and Diversity.

As well, we are looking to innovate in the area of Microfinance. We are looking to offer everyday people the opportunity to invest in our Business in a method similar to the "Lay Away" option employed by many department stores. Many people do not have a lot of money to invest via traditional investment channels. However, they can manage to find tiny amounts of capital to invest over time. We have worked out a system where they can invest amounts far below the minimums of Brokerage Firms, Mutual Funds, or even Angel Investments, and still ultimately perceive the same advantages. It is our preference to be a Company largely financed by "The People." It is their voices that we wish to response to, and their efforts we wish to reward. Microfinancing will allow us to truly be "The People's Company."
