According to the Survey, the top 20 countries are: Iceland, Sweden, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Australia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, France, Luxemburg, Portugal, Macedonia, Moldova, Philippines, Belgium, United Kingdom, and Romania.
