Adam D'Angelo is the co-founder and CEO of Quora, the question and answer site he started in 2009 with fellow former Facebook employee Charlie Cheever. The startup, now valued at $900 million, aims to make information sharing easier and thus grow the pool of knowledge available on the Internet. Before founding Quora, D'Angelo served as Facebook's first chief technology officer. He started working on the social media site in the summer of 2004, when its operations moved from Harvard to Palo Alto.
