Bitbucket Implicit Auth users need to wait 30 seconds to log in after token expires.

To Reproduce

1. Wait one hour for the Bitbucket Oauth token to die.
2. Try to log in again at the login page.
3. You will see 'Logging in...' for about 30 seconds as the app attempts to login with the expired token repeatedly. Only after waiting for these failed attempts does the '

Not sure if this should be a bug report or feature request, but as you can see here, no feature toggle shows up when searching for hide-readme-header:
