Apparently the latest deployment status can be null while there is a deployment in progress,

which we account for within the service class schema accordingly:

Move all Travis' scripts to Github actions, and split into two workflows:

• Checks: npm run test and validations
• Release: npm run build and npm run release

The y-axis ticks supports the rotated option, but the doc is missing.

I haven't checked whether other options are missing.
