ECMASCript feature
We currently lack the implementation of some built-in global functions used for URI encoding/decoding. You can find these functions in the spec here.
The 4 functions to implement would be these:
encodeURI()
Since webpack 5 is stable now (no longer RC), we should migrate at some point soon-ish.
We need to adjust the related build scripts:

Plus double-check, if the external plugins we are using still work.
I am flagging the ticket as a "good first issue", since you can work on it without having knowledge about this framework.

I have a idea. Auto create a typescript project by run es4x init with --typescript or -t 。It's not manual copy file by sample.
And “mvnDependencies ” added to the package.json by default. Because a lot of people don't know about it。
If you agree, I can modify this code. ^_^
