This pull request is to design a schema to represent clinical trial summary information. This is similar in spirit to other projects, such as:

Initial discussion with @rvguha was to design a schema and then map over publicly accessible data from sites like clinicaltrials.gov.

This initial commit just adds:

Classes

  • ClinicalTrial
  • ClinicalTrialEnum
  • PhaseEnum
    • Phase 1, 2 ,3 ,4

Properties

  • phase

If updating the rdfa file is the right place to add terms (and I'm doing this correctly), we can leave this PR open and start expanding the schema with new terms.

Actually, will discuss this on w3c forum until the schema is designed. Will update the schema here as things progress.
