Hello! This is my first time opening an issue, so sorry if I do it incorrectly.

I was using the disputils in my bot and I just noticed that confirms/decline's are not working. I made sure it wasn't my code by creating a new command (just like in the docs) and the same thing happens. I click on the reaction, then a blank embed is posted.

Bug/Unorganised File

The bot and code seems very well done and well thought about and the idea behind it is very good but after looking at it for a bit it seems there are many complications within it that may of not been spotted because there is more than 1 contributor on this project. The code as a whole seems very good but the duplicates of commands and the few undefined variables being use
