Bug:
FSE allows blank/empty messages to be sent.

Related:
When sending new user +op feedback, non-empty message should be required (ie: don't exit FSE until non blank, do not allow cancel, etc.)

Probably something like:

  • System view validator to ensure non-blank for +op feedback/etc.
  • Code in FSE to discard blank messages as catch all for the rest of the cases
