Autoheal should not spam click if tf_medigun_autoheal is set to false

Describe the Bug
Currently, Autoheal will spam click m1 to start healing, but TF2 will then cancel the healing automatically if tf_medigun_autoheal is set to false.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go medic, enable autoheal
  2. Disable tf_medigun_autoheal
  3. Go near a teammate
  4. Observe spam clicking

Expected behavior
Autoheal should either

  1. detect tf_me
