The AWS ELBv2 Resources do not currently include the attributes. These include important settings for security compliance, including access logging, WAF, delete protection, etc.

This issue is related to #521. Whenever the CRDReplicator starts, it gets the ClusterID
from a configmap. If the configmap has not been created yet, it should not appear as ready. Enforce the notReady status by using a readinessProbe
and setting it to ready after the clusterID
fetch.

Currently installing BackendAI using PyPI packages does not give any hints for the required TOML configuration, though our GitHub repositories contain config/sample.toml
file with detailed comments.
