Ktor now uses native-mt coroutines, we should update all the related Ktor info in our readme.

Bugsnag and Crashlytics are very similar configs. Move. Currently can't figure out how to get imports correct, so pushing off for now.

The only difference is the name in the cinterop block.

The README is pretty small at the moment. It’d be great to have a few example usages listed.
