Storybook for rax

Storybook is a workshop for isolated component development, documentation, and testing. It is documented extensively at https://storybook.js.org.

This repo contains `@storybook/rax` and its examples. It has been extracted from the main Storybook monorepo.
As a standalone repo, it can be maintained by the community or deprecated if nobody steps up to maintain it.
