Hello!

My name is Ed Lopez and I’m head of Digital Strategy and Operations for Legendary Digital Networks. My main job is to support and grow Geek & Sundry, Nerdist, Smart Girls and Alpha.

For the last 4 weeks we have made Alpha early access available to thousands of people who were interested in kicking the tires on our membership service. We’ve received over a thousand tickets ranging from bugs, suggestions, content advice and new features (you can read some of it here). After reviewing all this great feedback, we felt it would be best to delay the launch date a couple of weeks to Nov 17th 2016. This will give us time to provide a better experience and address some critical bugs.

As for the programming schedule, there will be no major delays as a result of pushing back the launch date.

If you want to find out more about Alpha, go here.

If you’re interested for an early access invite to Alpha please go to here.
