Embedded EWM CLASS 49 - RF Framework - Process Flow

Process Flow:
1. Create PO = ME21N
2. Create inbound delivery in ECC = VL31N
3. Process Inbound delivery in EWM and create warehouse task = /N/SCWM/PRDI
4. Assign the Queue and Resource to Warehouse order in warehouse Monitor = /N/SCWM/MON
5. Logon to RF ID = /N/SCWM/RFUI
6. Enter & Confirm the Warehouse order in RF
7. Confirm the Goods Receipt in PO & Inbound delivery in EWM = ME23N & /N/SCWM/PRDI
8. Check the stock in ECC & EWM = MMBE & /N/SCWM/MON

PROCESS FLOW IN DETAIL:


1. Create PO = ME21N

PO = 4500001521 Created

2. Create inbound delivery in ECC = VL31N

Inbound delivery created & Distributed to EWM System = 180000717

3. Process Inbound delivery in EWM and create warehouse task = /N/SCWM/PRDI

Create Warehouse Task & Warehouse order to Warehouse Worker/Employee

Click on warehouse task

And then Press Create+Save

Click on Create and SAVE


Warehouse order 3000000106 created

4. Assign the Queue and Resource to Warehouse order in warehouse Monitor =


/N/SCWM/MON

Select warehouse order 3000000106 then go to More methods and click on Change Queue

Enter INBOUND and Execute

Again go to More Methods, Click on Assign to Resource

Enter Resource as S4USER1 and Execute

Now Queue Inbound and Resource S4USER1 is assigned to Warehouse Order

5. Logon to RF ID = /N/SCWM/RFUI

Click on Inbound Processes

Click on Putaway

Click on Putaway by WO

6. Enter & Confirm the Warehouse order in RF


Click on “Putaway by WO” & Enter warehouse order “3000000106“

Again, Press enter

Verify Destination Bin say “0150-06-03” as shown Below

Press Enter
Workorder “3000000106” confirmed (Putaway/Goods Receipt done)

7. Confirm the Goods Receipt in PO & Inbound delivery in EWM = ME23N &
/N/SCWM/PRDI
