Focused crawls are collections of frequently-updated webcrawl data from narrow (as opposed to broad or wide) web crawls, often focused on a single domain or subdomain.
The `check_bazel_version` and `check_rules_nodejs_version` calls have also been removed from the WORKSPACE file as they are no longer supported or recommended by `rules_nodejs`.
