I'd also like to suggest breaking out a "higher level Postgres-only data access libraries" section, since both Massive and pogi are more that than they are language bindings per se. Postgraphile, PostgREST, and pREST would also be better placed in that category (Node, standalone, and Golang respectively) than under "utilities" imo. But since I maintain Massive and therefore have my own interests at stake I didn't want to go and rearrange everything by myself :)
