The foreground color seems incorrect in the DropDownMenu of DataGridComboBoxColumn when the ScrollBar is visible.

It can be observed in the demo application.

Can't tell the third state from unchecked on CheckBox

Describe the bug
There is no difference between the third state and unchecked on checkboxes, for both themes.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add CheckBox
  2. Set IsThreeState="True"
  3. Test the three states
  4. Unchecked and third state looks the same
