Q2: I want to see who created a particular document and what are the edits made

to it.

Google Docs: Open the document, click on "File" in the menu, select "Version history,"
and then choose "See version history" to view the edit history and contributors.

Q3: I want to share a google docs document I created with people who are outside
my organization. I am unable to figure it out.
Answer:
• Open the Google Docs document you want to share.
• Click on the "Share" button in the page’s top-right corner.
• In the "Share with people and groups" section, click on the blue "Change" button.
• A dialog box will appear. By default, it will be set to "Anyone in [Your Organization]
with the link can view." Click on the dropdown menu next to it.
• Select the desired sharing option based on your preferences:
"Anyone with the link" allows anyone who has the document link to access it.
• They don't need a Google account or any specific organization affiliation.
• "Public on the web" makes the document searchable and accessible to anyone
on the internet.
• Once you've selected the appropriate sharing option, click on the "Save" button.
• Now, you can copy the document's URL from the "Link to share" field and provide
it to the people you want to share the document with.

Answer:
• Open the Google Docs document you want to save as a PDF.
• Click on the "File" menu option in the top navigation bar.
• From the dropdown menu, hover over the "Download" option.
• Select “PDF Document” in the sub-menu to begin the conversion process.
• Google Docs will convert your document into a PDF format and start downloading
it to your computer.
• Once the download is complete, you can locate the PDF file in your computer's
designated download location.
• It's important to note that when you save your document as a PDF, it will be saved
in its current state at that time. Any subsequent edits or changes made to the
Google Docs document will not be reflected in the PDF file unless you save
it as a PDF again.
