Role Summary:&nbsp;Facing History &amp; Ourselves is seeking a CRM Project Manager to join our Technology team. The Project Manager is a vital role at Facing History that will help lead impactful cross-functional projects using expertise, empathy, creativity.
The CRM Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects for the CRM (Salesforce) team. You will plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. Using your technical and project management expertise, you manage projects of various size and scope, identifying future opportunities, improving processes and advancing our strategic goals, and proactively managing our portfolio.

Specific Roles and Responsibilities Include:
Project Management (50%)
<ul>
<li>Conduct detailed project planning for multiple concurrent projects; ensure execution runs as planned, and adjust projects as needed, including managing risks, stakeholders, and dependencies.</li>
<li>Provide active direction on the project team to ensure alignment between stakeholder needs, project requirements, and deliverables. Establish plans for project scope and work breakdown structure, critical path and baseline structures, project communication, reconciliation and forecasting, risk analysis and mitigation, quality assurance, and closure.</li>
<li>Manage all project documentation, including meeting decks, ClickUp tickets, Clickup Documentation/Wikis, Slack channels, and all other communication</li>
<li>Document user procedures as needed. Support CRM team in their project planning, technical development, QA, and rollout efforts.</li>
<li>Develop and manage team resourcing tools (e.g., CRM Roadmap) to collaborate with technology managers and effectively support resource planning and decisions. Provide ongoing management and monitor project metrics and staff hours.</li>
<li>Run regular project meetings, including standups with technical staff</li>

<ul>
<li>Engage in strategic thinking and planning about team project management processes, vision, and improvements</li>
<li>Support CRM team operations by defining goals, key performance indicators, roles and responsibilities, and service level agreements.</li>

Communications (15%)

<li>Engage in consistent communication with staff and executive leaders to understand priorities, and roll out decision points and change milestones</li>
<li>Update stakeholders on open requests, including their priority and timeline to completion</li>

Testing (10%)

<li>Partner with CRM team members, as well as other internal stakeholders, to conduct testing to optimize our technology solutions.</li>
<li>Carry out and oversee Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.</li>

Professional Development (10%)

<li>Maintain proficiency, obtain helpful certifications, and increase expertise in Salesforce usage and nonprofit technology solutions and use cases by attending trainings, reading industry-relevant resources, attending conferences, and more.</li>

POSITION OVERVIEW&nbsp;
The Partnership for Public Service seeks a Senior Web Developer to play a key role in advancing our mission of building a better government and a stronger democracy.
Reporting to the Creative Director and working collaboratively with a highly matrixed team, this position translates UX guidance from a team of designers and assembles it with custom code and CMS skills to build user-friendly and functional experiences for multiple audiences. This person creates, manages and maintains backend data storage systems and must understand large data sets and how to securely and efficiently translate them to a front-end web experience. The Senior Web Developer is also responsible for creating and leading the strategy around digital data and data visualization and working across teams to ensure we are showcasing our data and statistics in an efficient and digestible way that can be managed internally.&nbsp;
The ideal candidate is skilled in WordPress, CSS, HTML and Javascript and possesses strong project management skills. Understanding the entire web development process from development to launch, including design, content creation, development and deployment is key to this role.&nbsp;
The Senior Web Developer will work as part of an interdisciplinary communications team of marketing, graphic design, social media, editorial, researchers, media, and programs and events staff, and as a result should be able to collaborate with others and contribute ideas. POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK&nbsp;

SALARY AND BENEFITS&nbsp;
The starting salary range for this position is $90,000-$125,000. ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Data Analyst to support the organization in leveraging the power of data and technology to systematically and strategically make rapid progress towards a truly reflective democracy. 1. Project Scope&nbsp;
The selected contractor will be responsible for the tasks below:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Data Normalization:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Apply separation of concerns to the data structure, e.g. transforming one multipurpose table into separate client and cases tables&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Implement improved tracking capabilities of certain snapshots of data, such as communications sent to clients&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Clean and standardize the data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and improved analysis capabilities&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Address data quality issues, including missing values, inconsistencies, and duplicates&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborative Data Modeling:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Work with technical and program staff to refine the data model to best capture the needs of the multiple programs that use this database.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Documentation:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Document any data quality issues encountered and the solutions implemented&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Produce a data dictionary that captures the design of the new structure&nbsp;</li>
<li>Export and Import&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Export data from the current Airtable base, which will continue to be in use throughout this normalization process&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Importing and transforming the exported data to align with the normalized structure in the new database&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

2. Required Skills and Experience&nbsp;
Proposals must demonstrate the following skills and experience:&nbsp;
&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Proven expertise with relational databases, with a strong preference for Airtable specific knowledge&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong understanding of normalized relational data structure and best practices&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience handling large datasets of complex data relationships and transformations&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and documentation skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>High degree of integrity and confidentiality in working with sensitive data&nbsp;</li>
<li>Alignment with Civil Justice, Inc.&rsquo;s mission&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

3. Proposal Requirements&nbsp;
Proposals must include the following information:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Company Profile:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Company name, address, and contact information&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Overview of the company&#8217;s experience and qualifications&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Relevant project experience, including examples of similar projects preferably with Airtable&nbsp;</li>
<li>Technical Approach:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Description of proposed methodology for data evaluation and transformation, including mention of any tools/technologies to be used.&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Description of data validation and quality assurance procedures&nbsp;</li>
<li>Cost Proposal:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Detailed breakdown of project costs, including hourly rates and any other applicable fees&nbsp;</li>
<li>References:&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li class="ql-indent-1">Contact information for at least three professional references&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

4. Deliverables&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Cleaned, normalized, and data populated Airtable base that reflects the programmatic and technical needs outlined&nbsp;</li>
<li>Data dictionary that documents the new structure&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

5. Evaluation Criteria&nbsp;
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:&nbsp;
