Adaptations for mbedTLS 3.x series
 
Detail:
  Function mbedtls_x509_sig_alg_gets() has been made internal-use-only so swap
  to using the equivalent OID to string helper.
  Use accessor functions instead of peeping the state and hostname members of
  the SSL structure, again these are now intended for internal-use-only.
  Rename mbedtls_md5_ret() to mbedtls_md5().
  Unrelated to mbedTLS - remove use of quoted string Module_ComponentName in
  CMHG title and help fields.

Fix rub out issue in ResEd's gadget thumbnails
 
The thumbnail top and right borders would rub off when another window passed
over the top. Bottom and left borders were OK. This was caused by the Wimp's
redraw rectangle using exclusive coordinates for x,y max whereas OS_Plot uses
inclusive.
Tested in eigenfactor 0/1/2.
