Manawa Faculty of Education provides Concentrating on quality teaching and facilities to provide

Manawa Faculty of Education has facilities keep 17 classes at once.
Manawa Faculty provides facilities for teachers to schedule their classes and charges 20% from
the monthly income of fees as service charge.
Contrast from the other educational institutes, they mark attendance register for students under
grade 5 to ensure student safety; also they are planning to enhance that up to grade 11.
They schedule monthly exams to evaluate students progress.

To develop a friendly, pleasing & competitive teaching environment within the institution while
maintaining the highest quality of teaching activities through recruitment of qualified teaching
ensuring accomplishment of targets and the highest satisfaction of all.

Main idea of this system is to handle overall functionality which occurs in a tuition class.
Once a student comes looking for a particular class, system displays information about them.
So student can easily adjusts to class dates as he wishes.
When he needs to register to a particular class, system collects necessary information and issues
an ID with a barcode. This ID will be the one that keeps all the information about the student.
He can register more classes using the same ID.
When he needs to do the payments, he only needs to presents the ID to the barcode reader
along with money, system then tracks students payments. No needs to issue a new card monthly
for each and every student when using this system. Every payment is handled by ID.
Even if he comes more than one class there, for example he comes there for Physics, Chemistry
as well as Biology he only needs to keep this ID only. All class details are kept in this ID. This is
one advantage of this ID.
Once he comes to the class, he only needs to presents the ID to the barcode reader, system then
automatically marks the attendance.
Even if he attends more and more classes, he only needs to presents this ID. No one needs to
mark particular students attendance using a pen or pencil. This will quicken attendance marking,
this is another advantage of this ID.
System tracks all documents, tutorials each and every student received, along with attendance
marking.
After receiving a payment from a student, system automatically sends a SMS to the given phone
number of the parent at the registration procedure. Also system provides class cancelling
messages to students.
System provides the facility to generate customizable reports including payments of all students
for particular class, attendance of all students for a particular class,
daily attendance of a particular student for a particular month, details of any student

System handles all illegal acts such as using same ID more than one student, creating duplicate
IDs illegally, collecting documents, tutorials more than once, and attending to an irrelevant class.
