Project proposal:

Current android application is built for Motorola ET1 device (7 Android tablet) which is
communicating with SAP ERP.
Objective: Perform sales for goods stored in individual van / truck or even directly from remote
location.
Process: Application will be synced initially at the begging of day. It will load all the below
information from backend:
a. Customer information
b. Product information and pricing
c. Customer historical sales data
d. Product images
e. Discount and promotions
At EOD or at manual command, all the updated information / transactions will be synced to
backend via 3G, 4G, Wifi or USB connectivity
Compatibility: Available for any Android smartphone with any dimension
Modules:
a. Login Screen with credential check and backend / printer selection
b. Customer Registration / Update
c. Sales Order Creation / Update / Print
d. Invoice Creation / Update / Print
e. Cash Collection Creation / Update / Print
f.

Route Planning and optimization Voice navigation to customer location

g. Data Sync Online and Offline


h. Product Catalogue

Reports

Other functionalities:
a. Records and performs validations on Geo-location
b. Route management and optimization (with Voice navigation)
c. Output (English and Arabic) thru mobile printer (Bluetooth / Wifi)
d. Barcode Scanning thru device camera / dedicated scanner (if available)
e. 3G, 4G, Wifi connectivity for data sync and direct sales (communication with backend)

Resource required:
Senior Android developer with at least 4 years of experience with hands on experience in
creating web services which could communicate irrespective backend platform. Resource
must be ready to work on middle-east timings.
Application development timeline should not exceed 4 months. Plus, application should be
released in phases to business.
Resource should be available on premises throughout or whenever required.
