Madam:

Greetings in Christ!

I am a classroom teacher at Tuguegarao West Central Elementary School, Tuguegarao


City. It is very welcoming that SM Downtown Tuguegarao will soon open in our place. Our
school and SM Downtown is just separated by our school fence, which is also on the side of our
rooms. I came about your foundation in its philanthropic deeds of which some are in the field of
education.

With our new curriculum and evolution of education, technology is one of the most
important tools in teaching. Unfortunately, we devise ways to cope with the standards but most
of us dont have the means with the meager income of a teacher. Audio visual aids and viewing
of pupils is seldom done, if not at all, due to absence of equipment or device for the activity.

Most of our parents do not have generous income for them to produce devices or
equipment as a classroom project. It is in this reason that I come to your foundation to consider
our Grade 5 and 6 levels located at the side of SM Downtown to be recipients of your
philanthropy. There are 10 classrooms without any equipment or device, whether school-
owned or personally owned by teachers. Television sets with USB ports will do for our pupils to
watch lesson-related topics. And if it not so much, may I also request an LCD that will be used in
addition to the blackboard I am using.

Rest assured, the devices or equipment you will provide us will exclusively be used in
classroom activities, and if the LCD will also be provided, it will only be used on school-related
activities. These devices will greatly help in our teaching as well as, to a great extent, help our
pupils cope in a modern world.

I will appreciate so much the grant of my request to help also my co-teachers in the
requirements (audio visual) in our teaching. We will be most grateful that when you come and
inaugurate SM Downtown Tuguegarao you come and see the devices you may be providing us.

I pray for more success of the Foundation as it builds lives of our pupils through limitless
contributions of making education a foundation for their future.
