A new entry needs to be made here.

4. Create a new Access Sequence and assign to the Condition type (ZCIC) like shown below.

5. How many outputs are triggered in last 1 year

ZBLC – 2135

ZBOL – 1170

ZD28 – 431

ZD32 – 431

ZMDB – 1994

Total = 6592

6. Settings while configuring the condition type ZCIC.


Access to Conditions – Ticked

Cannotbechanged – Un-checked

Multiple Issuing – Ticked

Partner-Indep. Output – Ticked

Do not write processing log – Un-checked.


Dispatch time – Send immediately (when saving the application).

Transmission medium = 8 (Special function).

7. Fields to be used in the Condition tables

(a) transportation planning point, ship-to country

(b) loading plant, ship-to country

Ship-to Country is not present. We need custom development if it is needed.

Available fields –
8. Use of node “Partner Functions” in condition type configuration.

9. You can also configure the requirement routine at access sequence – condition table level.
Here, we have to configure 2 condition tables (as per business requirement).
