COURSE EVALUATION:
According to the latest university rules and regulations, qualification rule for entering the final
exam is as follows:
o Collecting at least a total of 50 points from two midterm exams
Students who do not qualify for the final exam will be graded NA at the end of the semester.
The lectures will be given at times announced by the department. There will be additional problem
solving tutorials taught by the teaching assistant. There will be two term tests and a final
examination. Tentatively, grading will be based on 25% for the first midterm exam, 30% for the
second midterm, 40% for the final exam, and 5% for the attendance which will be taken at random
times throughout the term. Every student must attend to the classes at the section they are
registered to.
Any electronic devices, other than simple calculators, are not allowed during the examinations.
