Authorized Causes
Installation of Labor Saving Devices/Automation - atleast 1 month pay for every year of service
Redundancy - atleast 1 month pay for every year of service
Retrenchment - 1/2 to 1 month pay for every year of service
Closing or Cessation of Operation - atleast 1 month pay for every year of service, unless, due to severe financial loss
Disease (incurable within 6 mos) - 1/2 to 1 month pay for every year of service

OT PAY
Basic Daily Rate (BDR) / 8 = Basic Hourly Rate (BHR)

1. OT pay on ordinary day 1.25 x BHR


2. OT pay on RD or Special Holiday 1.3 (1.3xBHR)
3. OT pay on RD w/c falls on Special Day 1.3 (1.5 x BHR)
4. OT pay on Regular Holiday (RH) 1.3 (2 x BHR)
5. OT pay on RD which falls on RH 1.3 (2.6 x BHR)

Premium Pay

1. Work performed on RD or SH 1.3 x BDR


2. Work performed on RD w/c falls also on a SH 1.5 x BDR
3. RH falls on RD 2.6 x BDR
