Get

a Certificate

Those who completed the course are qualified to receive an international Certificate of
Participation from SEAMEO INNOTECH. Why an international certificate? Because SEAMEO
INNOTECH is an international organization and thus, all of its training programs are classified as
international.

To qualify to get a certificate, you must:

1. Ensure that you filled out the About You form found in Section 2

2. Participated in the major course activities. These are:

a. Discussion Forum particularly in the following discussions:
i. In Section 3 - What is your passion?
ii. In Section 4- Enablers of passion
iii. In Section 5 – Action Plan

Participation means posting your response as well as responding to the post of at
least one other learner for each of the 3 discussion forum questions.

b. Posting in the Padlet Wall Activities. The Padlet Wall activities are found in
Sections 3,4 and 5.
i. In Section 3 – Introductions and Passions
ii. In Section 4 – Passion Story Exhibit
iii. In Section 5 – Visual and Word Imaging

c. Submission of the Reflection Essay and providing feedback to one other learner’s
essay (found in Section 4)

To facilitate the validation of your participation in these activities, please take a
screenshot of your posting. (It doesn’t have to be the whole post if the post is long).
For efficiency in validation please use the following file naming convention on your
screenshots: Section 3 Discussion Forum, Section 4 Discussion Forum, Section 3 Padlet
Wall and so on

3. Send us an email at [email protected] expressing your desire to get a
certificate together with your full name and the screenshots of your participation as
described in No. 2 above. Requests for certificates will be entertained from April 1 to 30,
2018.

4. Include a screenshot of 2 government IDs. This is so we can validate your identity.
Acceptable government IDs include for GSIS, SSS, Passport, School ID, Office ID, Driver’s
License. If you are from overseas, you may use the government IDs that you have from
your country.

As an alternative you may also provide a letter of endorsement from your immediate
superior vouching for your identify. For example, a letter from your principal,
superintendent or other officers. If you have fellow learners from your school, you can
submit just one endorsement letter for everyone coming from your school. Just make
sure that the names of the learners are identified in the letter.

Estimated processing time is 10 working days upon receipt of request for certificate from the
learner. Your certificate will be emailed to you.

Should you want a hardcopy of your certificate, please indicate this in your email request. Please
note that you will have to deposit a payment for the printing and sending of the certificate.
