Chadstone Shopping Centre: Case Study

Land Surveys was contracted to provide survey work for Stage 38 of Chadstone Shopping Centre's $500 million redevelopment project. The project involved adding a ten level office tower, new bus interchange, and additional car park deck. Land Surveys utilized ground penetrating radar to accurately survey existing infrastructure like cables and conduits before core holes were drilled in the car park slab. Precise surveys were also needed to position strengthening steel beneath the bus interchange that was located on a suspended slab above the functioning car park.
