This document contains the examiner's report on the frequency of wrong responses on items tested in Araling Panlipunan for the second periodical test of Grade 9 students at Lawa-an NHS. It shows that for 60 items tested, the majority of students (78.33%) had the wrong response for item number 8 only, while very few students had wrong responses for items 5, 6, 7, 10 and 11, ranging from 1-3 students. All other items were fully mastered by students as no wrong responses were recorded. The examiner concluded that the overall mastery level of the students was fully mastered for most items except for item number 8 which was least mastered.
