ANSWERS: some major issues in the case of ADBL are:

 Lack of awareness program to the customer about credit cards.


 Lack of expertise employee of the banks.
 Lack of high contact service with customer due to this customer
cannot report about the problem they faced due to credit cards.
 Customer thinks that credit card is only for extra cost that is charged
by bank.
 Risks are getting higher due to the increasing of fraudulent activities
in e-commerce transactions.

ANSWERS: SWOT analysis of ADBL:

i. STRENGTH
 Branch facilities in the rural areas to serve.
 Well capitalized with correspondence relation with different
international banks.
 ADBL accepts deposit and grant loan to customers.

ii. WEAKNESS
 Poor management information system.
 Poor staff capacity .
 CRM system need to be updated.

iii. OPPOURTUNITY
 ADBL can offer more service to individual, farmer in a broader
geographic areas.
 ADBL can work in dairy, poultry and horticultures etc.
 Competition is getting higher now, it has opportunities for facilitate of
visa international card, master cards.

iv. THREATS
 Relationship with international banks.
 Threat from customer on credit card serving
 Use of credit card is generally limited to city center.

 Well knowledge trained employee should be hired.
